Visiting RULES & regulations

 

  1. All visitors to the AQUAPARK (further only as „visitor/visitors“) multifunctional centre of the CENTRUM BABYLON, a.s., are obligated to read and abide by these Rules & Regulations, which can be found at the entrance to the AQUAPARK and by the lifeguard station.  By paying an entrance fee or a free ticket manipulation, visitors undertake this obligation.  By entering the AQUAPARK site, visitors agree to be bound by these Rules & Regulations with no restrictions.  Visitors are obligated to unconditionally obey instructions of the AQUAPARK staff, and instructions issued on information boards  and at other places within the AQUAPARK.
  2. Children below the age of 7 will only be admitted when accompanied by a person older than 18.  The accompanying person remains fully responsible for the child during its entire stay in the AQUAPARK. 
  3. Visitors are required to remove their shoes prior to entering the changing area, and place their clothing and other personal items in the designated lockers.  Sizeable items may be stored in the central cloakroom of the CENTRUM BABYLON, a.s.  It is recommended that visitors keep the locker key with them at all times, as in the event the key is lost the proprietor (CENTRUM BABYLON, a.s.) cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to items stored in the locker. 
  4. Visitors may store their valuables in a safe located at the AQUAPARK reception (a receipt will be issued).  Where visitors do not use this option, the proprietor cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to these items. 
  5. All visitors are required to shower thoroughly without their bathing suit, prior to entering the pool area. 
  6. Proper swimming attire, and possibly suitable footwear designed to be worn at the poolside, must be worn in the pool area.
  7. Children’s paddling pool with a slide may only be used by preschool children. It is forbidden for children to be nude in the swimming pool.
  8. There is strictly no smoking on the premises, and no food may be consumed outside of designated areas.  No outside food and beverages permitted, with the exception of baby food.
  9. Strictly no chewing gum in the pool area.
  10. Persons under the influence of alcohol or other addictive substances are strictly prohibited from entering the pools.
  11. Glass or sharp items are strictly prohibited from the pool area.
  12. Running, pushing, jumping from the sides, using balls and disturbing other visitors in any way is strictly prohibited in the pool area.
  13. At periods with a low number of visitors, attractions (except for water chutes, slides, whirlpools and underwater lights) are only operated on an individual or intermittent basis. 
  14. Visitors using water chutes must strictly obey instructions given by the staff and/or  signalling equipment.  Riding the water chutes head-first, several visitors together and its use by non-swimmers and preschool children is prohibited. 
  15. Any persons suffering from illness, or persons suffering from hair, skin or other communicable diseases, as well as persons visibly neglecting their personal hygiene are not permitted in the AQUAPARK.  It is forbidden to take any items belonging to the AQUAPARK off the premises.
  16. In the event a locker key or any personal items are lost, the visitor is obligated to immediately upon discovery of such a loss notify either the lifeguard or an AQUAPARK receptionist, who will write a report which the visitor will sign and keep a copy of.
  17. In the event of a visitor accident or injury, the visitor or their legal guardian or escort is obligated to immediately inform either the lifeguard or the AQUAPARK receptionist, who will provide first aid using the first aid kit, and if the nature of the accident or injury requires, call Emergency Services.  All accidents and injuries must be recorded in the Accident Book, which (health condition permitting) the visitor, their legal guardian or escort, will sign and subsequently receive a copy of.
  18. Visitors acknowledge that a violation of the above mentioned provisions of the Visiting Rules & Regulations may result in an immediate eviction from the premises with no refunds or reimbursement.  Where an intervention of the Security Services is required for this reason, the visitor is subject to a spot fine of 200,- CZK.
  19. Visitors are obligated to pay a manipulation fee of 300,- CZK for the loss or damage to the magnetic entry card.  Manipulation fee for the loss of a locker key is 100,- CZK.
  20. Stay in the AQUAPARK may be interrupted for a fee of 20,- CZK irrespective of the entry fee.
  21. CENTRUM BABYLON, a.s. reserves the right to hold a NATUR PARTY every last Saturday of the month, with the exception of December, when the NATUR PARTY is always held on 27.12.  On those days, from 8 PM onwards, all visitors are required to remain on the AQUAPARK premises without a bathing suit and follow instructions issued by lifeguards.
  22. Visitors violating any provision of these Visiting Rules & Regulations are obligated to reimburse CENTRUM BABYLON, a.s. for any potential damages incurred by this violation.

 

We ask visitors to direct potential complaints, comments or suggestion for improvement to the AQUAPARK staff, or use the letter box on the CENTRUM BABYLON, a.s. premises.
