The validity of purchased printed and electronic vouchers cannot be extended.
You cannot pay with benefit vouchers or cards in the e-shop. This option is only available directly at the checkout.
To enter the entertainment centers, it is not enough to present an order or an invoice. If you do not receive the vouchers by email, contact eshop@centrumbabylon.cz.
10 % discount
The additional 10% discount does not apply to family tickets, entertainment packages, multi entry cards, value and accommodation vouchers.
Undelivered vouchers
If you fail to find your tickets in your e-mail inbox after purchasing them, check your spam / unsolicited messages box. If your tickets are not there, please contact us on e-shop@centrumbabylon.cz.
Voucher cancellation
If you wish to cancel your purchased e-ticket and get a refund, please contact us within 14 days of making your purchase on e-shop@centrumbabylon.cz – see the terms and conditions. Please include your order number and the number of the bank account where you want to receive your refund.
