With a 2,000 CZK voucher to be used anywhere at CENTRUM BABYLON you cannot go wrong. For this amount, the receiver will be able to enjoy plenty of fun, rest and relaxation.
More details on using the voucher:
- The voucher applies to all services provided at CENTRUM BABYLON excluding catering services.
- The voucher can be redeemed at WELLNESS HOTEL BABYLON reception and every CENTRUM BABYLON ticket desk as per the current PRICE LIST.
- No money will be returned for any amount unused.
- The voucher has an expiry date of 1 year which cannot be extended.
- Please note that printed vouchers as well as electronic tickets must be submitted at the ticket desk of each respective entertainment centre and the Wellness Centre of CENTRUM BABYLON before entering. Entry to entertainment centres is processed based on electronic or magnetic cards, which can be used in some of the areas such as Aquapark and Funpark as a locker key or to pay for food and beverages. Your ticket will be checked for authenticity and validity using a barcode reader.
Voucher delivery options:
Personal collection – you can pick up your voucher in person at the concierge’s next to the WELLNESS HOTEL BABYLON reception desk (open daily from 9 am to 6:30 pm, including Christmas and New Year's Eve). The voucher will be issued against the order and the received invoice, sent to the e-mail address you provided after your payment has been credited to the bank account of CENTRUM BABYLON. We regret to tell you that unless you provide us with proof of payment and proof of identity, you cannot collect your voucher.
Delivery through the Czech Post – vouchers are sent by registered mail to the address provided in your order. We charge an additional postal delivery fee of 100 CZK.
